xprem privacy notice

Scope and operator

Mercure Technologies operates xprem.dev. This notice covers the public marketing site, its analytics, and the enterprise and open-source contact forms. It does not govern an xprem server that you or another organization deploys. A self-hosted xprem instance is controlled by its operator; its releases, device records, metrics, events, logs, Postgres data, ClickHouse data, and object storage do not pass through this marketing website. Website analytics and consent

The site uses PostHog to understand page visits and product interest. Before consent, and after a decline, PostHog is configured with in-memory persistence so the site does not write an analytics identifier to your device. If you accept analytics cookies, PostHog may use cookies and local storage to recognize a returning browser. Analytics requests are sent through the site's /ingest path to PostHog's European service.

Apollo's website tracker is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. It is not loaded before a choice or after a decline. The site stores your choice under xprem_cookie_consent in local storage so it can respect that decision on later visits. You can remove that item and the site's cookies through your browser controls to make a new choice.

Forms and correspondence

The enterprise form asks for first name, last name, email, company, country, and a description of your goal. The open-source form asks for name, email, repository URL, and project context. The site sends those submissions through Resend to the xprem team and sends a confirmation to the address supplied. The application does not write form submissions to its own database, but the resulting messages are retained in the relevant email systems as business correspondence for as long as needed to answer, maintain a relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Submitting a form or emailing the team is voluntary. Do not include credentials, private keys, production telemetry, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held through these channels, email contact@xprem.dev. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any information that must be retained for security, contractual, or legal reasons.

Hosting, links, and changes

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which necessarily processes network information such as IP addresses and request headers to route traffic, provide security, and operate the service. Pages also link to independent services including GitHub, GitBook, Discord, Railway, PostHog, and Resend; their own notices apply when you use them. xprem.dev is intended for professional and developer audiences, not children. This notice may change as the site or its vendors change, and the revision date above will be updated when it does.
