Choose the channel that matches the job. Product, licensing, technical, and open-source questions all reach the people who build xprem.

General and product enquiries

Email contact@xprem.dev for questions about xprem, deployment fit, licensing, partnerships, or anything that should not be posted publicly. Include the name of your organization, the number of apps you operate, and the outcome you are trying to reach when that context is relevant. The team aims to reply to commercial enquiries within one business day, but no support response time is guaranteed unless it is part of a written agreement.

Technical help and bug reports

Use GitHub Issues for reproducible bugs, feature proposals, and documentation corrections that can be discussed in public. Include the xprem version, deployment mode, storage backend, relevant configuration with secrets removed, and the smallest reproduction you can provide. Use Discord for community questions and setup discussion where a durable issue is not yet needed.

For a suspected vulnerability or any report containing sensitive information, do not open a public issue. Email contact@xprem.dev with “security” in the subject. Never send passwords, API tokens, signing private keys, production database contents, or unredacted user data through a public channel.
